Grafikus. Tanulmányait 1959-ben végezte az Iparművészeti Főiskolán, mesterei Diósy Antal, Domanovszky Endre és Borsos Miklós voltak. A Képzőművészeti Főiskolán is képezte magát, itt Kmetty János tanítványa volt. 1951 óta állít ki itthon (Ernst Múzeum, Műcsarnok, Nemzeti Szalon) és külföldön is. Fő működési területe az alkalmazott grafika, plakátokat, hanglemezborítókat készített. Munkásságáért 1963-ban Munkácsy-díjat kapott.
